NOTE 12 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
As of December 31, 2020, long-term convertible debt issued in conjunction with various acquisitions are considered related party liabilities as holders are current employees of the Company, see Note 6. In February 2021, the outstanding balances of the loans were converted into common stock of the Company. As of June 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020, the outstanding balance for the long-term convertible debt was $-0- and $717,482, respectively.
At June 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020, certain long-term debt is considered related party liabilities holders are current employees of the Company. As of June 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020, the outstanding balances of this debt were $344,655 and $374,039, respectively. |
