NOTE 12 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
At March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021, certain long-term debt is considered related party liabilities as holders, including Prairie, Tech and Partners in Technology, are current employees of the Company. As of March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the outstanding balances of this debt were $206,667 and $211,642, respectively. |
