Financial Highlights for Three Months Ended September 30, 2015 Compared to Three Months Ended September 30, 2014:
- Revenues increased to $7,199,783, rising 18.3% from $6,086,465.
- Software sales decreased 35.7% to $864,698 from $1,345,238.
- Services revenues totaled $6,335,085, increasing 33.6% from $4,741,227.
- Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”) were $232,975, decreasing 58.6% from $562,604.
- Net income was $16,464, or $0.00 earnings per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $248,165, or 0.06 earnings per basic and diluted share.
Financial Highlights for the Nine Months Ended September 30, 2015 Compared to the Nine Months Ended September 30, 2014:
- Total revenues rose 20.6% to $19,614,316 from $16,266,032.
- Software sales were $3,165,690, up 9.1% from $2,902,011.
- Services revenues increased 23.1% to $16,448,626 from $13,364,021.
- Income from operations was $690,391, down 13.9% from $801,877.
- Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”) were $1,107,327, increasing 4.1% from $1,063,932.
- Net income totaled $582,889, or $0.14 per basic and diluted share, rising from net income of $428,796, or $0.11 per basic and diluted share.
- During the first nine months of 2015, the outstanding balance of the Company’s revolving bank line of credit was $0, bringing the total amount available under the line at September 30, 2015 to $750,000.
- As of September 30, 2015, the Company had $1,139,404 in cash and cash equivalents; $2,345,593 in accounts receivable; long term debt (net of current portion) of $834,141; and total stockholders’ equity of $1,752,340.
